Playing the role of an anonymous American artist living in Paris in the sixties. She tells the story of how she learned about the aborted project of an experimental city called Utopolis from Asger Jorn. The video is mainly comprised of photographic archives and some cinematographic sequences, the majority of which have never been seen before, dating from the mid-1930s. This enigmatic document probes a labyrinthine space at the heart of the most famous modern architecture archive: the Le Corbusier Archive. Asger Jorn, once an assistant to Le Corbusier, later one of the artists most critical of functionalism and founder of the Situationist International(SI) which is at the heart of this constellation and possibly a guide to make sense of this invisible archive.
